Responsibilities include:

• Working efficiently in busy kitchens
• Assisting with basic food prep and service
• Supporting kitchen clean-down and closure procedures
• Operating dishwashers and washing dishes by hand as needed
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, as directed by the Head Chef

Candidate requirements:

• Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter or similar role
• Enhanced Criminal Records Check
• Food Safety Qualification or willingness to obtain one
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• Pride in your work
