Job summary

WSH Restaurants, a growing UK hospitality group, is looking for kitchen porter/dishwashing staff to support The Boxford team near Newbury. You will help maintain cleanliness, assist with basic food prep, and support chefs while ensuring safe and efficient kitchen operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen is a plus.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Dishwashing – wash dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment.
• Kitchen cleanliness – sanitise surfaces and disposal of waste.
• Food preparation support – assist chefs with prep tasks.
• Inventory management – assist in receiving and organising supplies.
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed.
• Goods in and out processes.
