A prestigious hotel in Towcester is seeking a dedicated team member to support kitchen operations. Responsibilities include ensuring cleanliness of kitchen areas and adherence to health and safety guidelines. The role requires flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays, with a competitive salary of up to £25,396.80 per annum. Ensure the plates, crockery, pots and pans, cutlery and pot wash area supplies are available when required, ensuring kitchen areas are always cleaned. Discard any chipped or broken crockery immediately in a safe manner. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen / goods in areas ensuring health and safety guidelines are adhered to. This list of duties cannot be exhaustive due to the requirements of the hotel industry. Therefore, you may be required from time to time to carry out reasonable tasks as requested by management. The hours of work can vary and will include weekends, late evenings, and holiday periods.
