Responsibilities

• Ensure knowledge of the menu and offers to provide accurate information to customers.
• Keep the kitchen area clean, well presented and stocked at all times.
• Support the Chefs, maintaining high standards with ad hoc simple food prep when needed.
• Operate relevant equipment and report any maintenance issues per procedures.
• Operate till procedures when required and ensure correct handling.
• Adhere to COSHH, Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations; report incidents accordingly.
