Responsibilities

• Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas, including dishwashing, mopping, and wiping surfaces.
• Assist with the preparation of ingredients and support the chefs during food preparation
• Handle and store food in accordance with safety and hygiene regulations
• Maintain the inventory of kitchen supplies and inform management when items are low
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure food is prepared and delivered promptly and to standard
• Follow all safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment
• Dispose of waste properly and recycle whenever possible
