Job summary

Valor Hospitality is seeking a hardworking Kitchen Porter to maintain cleanliness and organization in our kitchen. You will work with chefs and staff to keep operations running smoothly, including dishwashing, cleaning equipment, and assisting with basic food prep.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and committed to high hygiene standards. We offer flexible shifts across 7 days and opportunities for apprenticeship training.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintaining kitchen hygiene and safety practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Commitment to high standards of cleanliness and organization.

Responsibilities

• Dishwashing and maintaining cleanliness of all kitchen areas.
• Assist with food preparation and handling of ingredients.
• Store and handle food safely according to regulations.
• Monitor and restock kitchen supplies; inform when low.
• Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure timely food delivery.
• Follow safety procedures and dispose of waste properly.
