As Kitchen Porter you will wash dishes, keep the kitchen clean and safe, assist with basic prep, manage waste and stock deliveries, and help maintain high hygiene standards across the kitchen.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Willingness to learn and support the team.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment throughout service.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organised and safe at all times.
• Support chefs with basic prep and kitchen tasks when needed.
• Manage waste, recycling and stock deliveries.
