Parker's Tavern at University Arms Cambridge is seeking a Kitchen Porter to maintain high cleanliness standards in the busy kitchen and support chefs with basic tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchens preferred but not essential.
• Able to follow health, hygiene and safety standards.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Wash and clean kitchen equipment, utensils and crockery.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas and storerooms.
• Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist chefs with basic food prep when required.
• Help with waste removal and deliveries.
• Follow health and safety standards at all times.
