Job summary

President Hotel is seeking a Kitchen Porter to join the kitchen team near Russell Square in central London. You will help ensure cleanliness, assist with stock, and operate dishwashing and kitchen equipment while maintaining high hygiene and food safety standards.

You’ll work in a fast-paced hotel environment with opportunities to advance within the kitchen, from Commis Chef to Head Chef, and enjoy staff benefits and discounts as part of the Imperial London family of hotels.

Qualifications

• 1 Year Experience in the Hotel Industry as a Kitchen Porter.
• Strong foundation in cooking techniques.
• Passion for food and high personal hygiene.
• Team-oriented attitude with flexibility for shifts.

• Operate dishwashing, glass, and other kitchen machines safely.
• Maintain cleanliness of surfaces, appliances and utensils.
