Qualifications

• Kitchen Porter experience not required but helpful.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Wash and clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and crockery.
• Keep the Team Member Buttery clean and stocked.
• Maintain kitchen areas, storerooms, and back-of-house spaces.
• Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist chefs with basic food prep as required.
• Remove waste and recycling with proper disposal.
• Keep storage areas organised and help with deliveries.
• Follow health, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Support the kitchen team during busy periods.
• Role is physically demanding; manual handling may be required.
