Trading Post Coffee Roasters is seeking a proactive Kitchen Porter to support our busy kitchen during service. You will help ensure the kitchen runs smoothly, keep areas clean, and assist the Duty Chef with daily tasks while maintaining a positive, professional presence.

This role offers opportunities for growth within a fast-paced, independent cafe and a chance to develop culinary support skills in a committed team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen porter experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn and develop in a fast paced kitchen.
• Good communication and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support the Back of House team in day-to-day kitchen operations.
• Keep the kitchen clean and well equipped for service.
• Action tasks requested by the Duty Chef or Duty Manager.
• Maintain a positive, motivated attitude at all times.
• Participate in regular training and seek self-improvement.
• Support a busy team and contribute to team-driven results.
• Present a smart, professional appearance representing Trading Post Coffee Roasters.
