• The Engine Room: Dominating the dish pit; clean equipment and crockery to keep the kitchen moving.
• The Standards: Safely handle cleaning chemicals per COSHH; control waste and hygiene levels.
• The Backbone: Fetch/store food and equipment; ensure smooth service flow.
• The Deliveries: Check in deliveries and verify invoices to ensure accuracy.
