Job summary

Bespoke Hotels is seeking a reliable team member to support kitchen operations and deliver excellent guest service. Experience in a similar role is helpful, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are valued as part of our growing team.

The role focuses on assisting chefs, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting efficient kitchen operations. Training and development opportunities are available within a friendly hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar position is preferred, but not essential.
• Ability to deliver great service to guests.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ensuring the efficient and effective running of the kitchen.
• Ensure that sufficient material for the performance of cleaning duties are collated.
• Dispose of rubbish into an area outline by Head Chef whilst complying with food safety policy.
• Ensure the working areas and equipment in the kitchen are cleaned to a high standard.
• Aid the Chefs when necessary.
