Job description

We are looking for a friendly and approachable kitchen porter / commis preferably with food knowledge and experience to join our team.

The Kitchen is small but well organised and gets very busy at peak times.

Responsibilities

• Weekly deep cleaning and general day-to-day open-close cleaning.
• Ability to work quickly and be adaptable.
• Basic food preparation.
• Compliance with all statutory regulations and legislation.
• Food safety and hygiene preferred but not essential.
• Experience required.

Hours: 16-30 hours a week (mostly weekend work but additional shifts available for someone willing and able to learn additional kitchen skills).

Open 7 days a week. Kitchen hours: 9-3 weekdays, 9-4 Saturday, 9.30-3.30 Sunday. Occasional evenings and additional hours may be required.
