Mercure Manchester Norton Grange Hotel and Spa is seeking a Kitchen Porter to support our busy kitchen. You will help keep crockery, equipment and the washing areas clean, and assist with stock management while following hygiene standards. The role is based at the Rochdale area and operates on a zero-hours contract.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Must be able to commute to Rochdale.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and tidies crockery and kitchen equipment.
• Manages separation of dirty and clean items.
• Checks washing equipment is in good working order and informs supervisor of issues.
• Maintains cleanliness of kitchens and storage areas.
• Follows HACCP hygiene and safety guidelines.
