It features 237 playfully designed bedrooms and an all-day restaurant, Chet’s, serving Thai-American comfort food. Job Description

What you'll do...

• Responsible for health & safety in your section.
• Maintain a clean and food-safe working area.
• Keep your uniform clean.
• Follow company guidelines for refuse storage and removal.
• Attend all training sessions for the culinary team.
• Ensure the safe opening and closing of the culinary area.
• Maintain all culinary areas, equipment, and F&F’s.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
