Job Introduction
  • Salary: Up to £15 including service charge

Brasserie Constance is a modern, welcoming brasserie on the riverside at Fulham Pier, led by Culinary Director Adam Byatt. We are passionate about delivering exceptional food and hospitality, supported by a dedicated and professional kitchen team.

Our kitchen is fast-paced, high-quality, and built on teamwork and we’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to help keep it running smoothly.

As Kitchen Porter, you’ll play a key part in supporting the kitchen team by keeping everything clean, organised, and ready for service. It’s a physical role that requires energy, focus, and a can-do attitude, and it’s a great starting point for anyone looking to build a career in hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, including dishes, equipment, and floors.

Wash pots, pans, crockery, and cutlery to a high standard.

Support chefs with basic prep and kitchen organisation as required.

Manage waste and recycling in line with site procedures.

Ensure all hygiene, food safety, and health & safety standards are upheld.

Be a positive, helpful presence in the kitchen at all times.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a professional kitchen is helpful, but not essential.

A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Able to work efficiently in a busy, high-pressure environment.

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.

A good level of spoken English and understanding of food safety basics.

What We Offer

A supportive, team-focused working environment.

Opportunities for training and career development in the kitchen.

Staff meals on shift and uniform provided.

A role in a respected, growing hospitality group with high standards and values.

Want to be part of a professional kitchen where your hard work is truly valued? Apply now and join the team at Brasserie Constance.
