Main Responsibilities

Key duties include:

  • Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in the kitchen and staff canteen
  • Supporting chefs as required
  • Adhering to health and safety, fire, hygiene, and COSHH regulations
  • Managing breakages and notifying the supervisor
  • Ensuring sufficient crockery and equipment for food service
  • Using the dehydra machine to process wastage

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has previous experience (preferable but not essential)
  • Understands the importance of a clean kitchen
  • Has a passion for hospitality and exceeding guest expectations
  • Can work flexible hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • Remains calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Has good command of English and excellent communication skills
  • Is capable of multitasking and managing multiple projects
