About The Role

Our Food and Beverage department plays a vital role in providing passengers with a positive journey through our airport. Our Kitchen Porters are essential for smooth kitchen operations, ensuring passenger satisfaction. Here's what you'll do:

• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, equipment, and preparation areas.
• Clean and sanitise all kitchen equipment, crockery, cutlery, and utensils.
• Store dishes and utensils properly.
• Assist chefs with food and dessert preparation, including washing, peeling, and chopping ingredients.
• Organise the stock room.
• Embody the Airport's 'One Team' culture and support business needs as required.
• Work flexible shifts during operating hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and bank holidays.

Skills, Knowledge And Expertise

If you can answer 'yes' to the following, you have the required skills:

• Strong communication skills.
• Experience working in a kitchen (advantageous).
• Knowledge of food safety.
