Job Description

• Prepare for service
• Ensure the kitchen remains clean and organized, including opening and closing checklists
• Work with chefs to prepare fresh ingredients, including washing and preparing fruits, vegetables, and other menu items
• Maintain Food Handling regulations
• Label and discard produce appropriately, manage stock rotation, and perform other related tasks
• Clean cutlery, crockery, and kitchen items
• Use a two-step cleaning system to ensure all cooking and restaurant items are cleaned satisfactorily, and chemicals are used correctly

This is a casual hours position involving shifts across the operational hours of the business (06:00 – 00:00), including weekends and bank holidays.
