Situated conveniently between Bracknell and Wokingham, this magnificent building makes for the perfect wedding and conference venue as well as offering diners a variety of outlets to sample some of the finest innovative and modern dishes; all lovingly created in-house, using local and seasonal produce.
On average, the main restaurant caters for 25-30 covers per night during the week, with numbers rising at weekends. Conferences, events, and weddings can be catered for up to 500 covers.
Please note, staff accommodation is not available with this position, therefore, you must be able to commute to the area daily.
What’s involved?
As a Kitchen Porter, you will be a vital part of a busy kitchen, ensuring all pots, pans, and general kitchen equipment are cleaned to the highest standard and available for use by the kitchen team when needed. Responsibilities include using the dishwasher, sweeping and mopping floors, removing rubbish, and assisting chefs when required.
Previous experience as a kitchen porter is preferred; however, a positive, ‘can do’ attitude is essential!
