Job summary

Wildwood in Whiteley is seeking a Kitchen Porter to help the kitchen run smoothly from prep through service. You’ll support the chefs, keep stations clean and organised, and get involved with desserts.

No prior experience is required—we’ll teach you. Bring energy and teamwork, and we’ll help you grow with us through training, regular check-ins, flexible shifts and a supportive environment.

The role
This isn’t just about helping in the kitchen it’s about being part of the team that makes every service happen.

As a Kitchen Porter, you’re right at the heart of the action. You’ll support the chefs, keep things clean and organised, and help make sure the kitchen runs smoothly from prep through to service.

You’ll be hands-on: prepping ingredients, washing dishes, keeping work areas clean and tidy, helping the chefs wherever needed and creating some of our delicious desserts.
