Job summary

Wildwood, now part of the Bow Street Group, is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to join our busy kitchen. You’ll support chefs, prep ingredients, wash dishes, and help keep the kitchen clean from prep to service.

No prior experience required; we’ll train you. Bring energy and team spirit, and you can develop skills with us. We offer competitive hourly pay, service charge, full training, and flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• No prior kitchen experience required — training provided.
• Hands-on role in prepping ingredients, washing dishes, and keeping work areas clean.
• Support the chefs and help run the kitchen from prep through service.

Responsibilities

The role

This isn’t just about helping in the kitchen it’s about being part of the team that makes every service happen.

As a Kitchen Assistant, you’re right at the heart of the action. You’ll support the chefs, keep things clean and organised, and help make sure the kitchen runs smoothly from prep through to service.

You’ll be hands‑on: prepping ingredients, washing dishes, keeping work areas clean and tidy, helping the chefs wherever needed and creating some of our delicious desserts.

No experience across everything is needed we’ll teach you as you go. Bring the right attitude, energy and willingness to get stuck in, and we’ll help you build your skills and become a key part of the kitchen team.
