Role will be permanent once they have been vetted and get an airside pass for the airport – and on completion of the probation period

Role Responsibility

• To be polite, professional and friendly at all times with clients and colleagues
• To ensure the highest level of service is adhered to at all times
• Wash all the untensil cutlery crockeries, and other duties which are mentioned on the daily and weekly cleaning schedule as , guidance and also any cleaning job- request by the senior team – genuine request as part of the job role
• Empty waste bins, as necessary, and segregate the waste and remove the waste from site to the allocated bin rooms . Wipe clean and replace bin liners when required
• To dress accordingly to the standards and guidelines advised, and wear the supplied uniform garments at all times when on duty
• To only use products and equipment supplied and specifically for the job
• Comply with all legal and company procedures relating to food safety, health and safety and personal hygiene
• Attend training sessions and staff meetings as requested
• To make sure you are aware of, meet and co-operate with the Management in regards to the legal and Company requirements for Fire, Health & Food Safety, Environment, and report any hazards, accidents, illness and diseases immediately to a member of management
• Taking reasonable care of your own health and safety and others who may be affected by what you do or fail do
• Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required
• Report any maintenance issues or defects to the building, furniture or equipment to your line manager immediately
• Ensure that all materials and equipment are used in accordance with COSHH, stored correctly and returned to the appropriate storeroom at the end of each shift
• Adhere to Infection Prevention and Control Policies and make every effort to maintain high standards of infection control at all times
• Clean all work areas/equipment during and after use
• To comply with any reasonable requests made by management

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter
• A flexible “can do” attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment
• Good understanding of customer care

Package Description

• £12.75 per hour
• 4 on 2 off,( lounge opening hours 4am to 10 pm, shift pattern will vary according to business needs , can be early start and afternoon start shift patterns )
