As a Kitchen Porter, your responsibilities include:

• Cleaning and sanitising all areas used for meal preparation, including ovens, grills, sinks, and stoves
• Unloading food and equipment deliveries and ensuring they are stored correctly
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of work surfaces, floors, and walls
• Assisting chefs with food preparation such as peeling and washing
• Keeping freezers, fridges, storage areas, and back-of-house areas clean and organised
