Job summary

CH&CO, part of Compass Group UK&I, is recruiting a dedicated Kitchen Porter on a full-time basis to support a high-volume kitchen operation. You’ll help maintain cleanliness, assist chefs, and learn in a culture that values development and teamwork.

Shifts are Mon-Fri days, with opportunities for progression and a supportive wellbeing and benefits program. This role emphasizes reliability, customer care, and brand representation across the business.

Job description

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Kitchen Porter to help ensure the smooth running of the kitchen at CH&CO on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

As a Kitchen Porter, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of customer care and cleanliness. In return, you will have the chance to progress your career with company that invests in its people, celebrates individuality, and rewards and recognises employees who go beyond the plate.
