Job summary

CH&CO, part of Compass Group UK&I, is hiring a Kitchen Porter on a full-time basis to help maintain a high standard of cleanliness and support our busy kitchen. The role offers development opportunities and a commitment to investing in our people, with a supportive working environment and employee well-being initiatives.

Shifts are Mon-Fri, days only, with a focus on teamwork and delivering excellent customer care while upholding safety and hygiene standards in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the kitchen is always kept at a high standard of cleanliness.
• Working quickly to prepare fresh food in a busy kitchen.
• Guaranteeing our chefs have everything they need to make our fresh dishes.
• Preparing perfectly blended drinks and serving high-quality food that delights our customers.
• Being an enthusiastic team player.
• Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image.
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations.

Job description

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Kitchen Porter to help ensure the smooth running of the kitchen at CH&CO on a full time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week. As a Kitchen Porter, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of customer care and cleanliness.
