Job summary

Franco Manca in Greater London is seeking a kitchen team member to wash dishes, clean equipment, restock supplies, and help keep the kitchen spotless while maintaining high hygiene standards.

You’ll support the chefs with basic prep, stay calm during busy shifts, and contribute to a positive, friendly kitchen environment. No experience? No problem—your energy and willingness to learn are welcomed, with development pathways through the Franco Academy.

Job description

• £12.71 - 14.71 per hour OTE (including service charge - our data says you can earn between £1.5 to £2 per hour on top of your pay)
