Cosmo Authentic World Kitchen in the UK is seeking a Kitchen Porter to support daily kitchen operations. You’ll help wash dishes, keep surfaces spotless, and assist with basic prep to keep the kitchen running smoothly.

Responsabilités

• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, ensuring they are cleaned thoroughly and promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, including surfaces, floors, and equipment.
• Assist in food preparation and basic tasks as required by chefs.
• Help manage kitchen waste and dispose of rubbish correctly.
• Ensure that all kitchen tools and equipment are stored properly and organized.
• Support kitchen staff with deliveries, organizing supplies, and restocking as needed.
• Ensure hygiene standards are followed and maintained throughout the kitchen.
• Assist in unloading and storing deliveries, ensuring stock is properly stored.
• Help with cleaning and tidying the kitchen at the end of service.

About the Role

We are looking for a hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our kitchen team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in the kitchen, washing dishes, and assisting with basic kitchen tasks. You will play a key role in supporting the kitchen staff and ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently and safely.
