Job Responsibilities:

• Display excellent communication skills and follow instructions.
• Adhere to food health & safety regulations while carrying out all kitchen duties.
• Clean and sanitize all meal preparation areas, kitchen walls, stoves, sinks, ovens, tables, and chairs.
• Sweep and mop all kitchen/bistro floors.
• Wash dishes, cutting boards, utensils, and cooking equipment.
• Ensure refrigerators, freezers, and storage areas are clean and well-organized.
• Empty and re-line bins.
