Job Responsibilities:

1. Display excellent communication skills and follow instructions.
2. Adhere to food health & safety regulations while carrying out all kitchen duties.
3. Clean and sanitize all meal preparation areas, kitchen walls, stoves, sinks, ovens, tables, and chairs.
4. Sweep and mop all kitchen/bistro floors.
5. Wash dirty dishes, cutting boards, utensils, and cooking equipment.
6. Ensure refrigerators, freezers, and storage areas are clean and well-organized.
7. Empty and re-line bins.
