Job summary

Heartwood Collection is seeking a Kitchen Porter to join our bustling kitchen teams at our White Brasserie and Brasserie sites. You will assist with food preparation, maintain cleanliness, and support chefs in delivering fresh seasonal dishes prepared to high standards.

Qualifications

• Desire to cook with fresh and seasonal ingredients to produce fabulous dishes.

Our fabulous menus are devised by our chef patron Raymond Blanc one of the most well-respected chefs in the UK. The food is cooked to order, using the best, freshest, seasonal ingredients.

• Hourly rate is based on National Living Wage plus TRONC, and the TRONC is calculated from the previous 6 months' site average. The rate of TRONC for the site you are applying for will be confirmed and discussed at the interview stage.
