We have an exciting opportunity for a Kitchen Porter to join the team at Harry's Bar, an exclusive private members' club, part of The Birley Clubs. Harry's Bar is a private members' restaurant and bar with an air of classic Italian elegance, famed for both the beauty of its décor and the quality of its food. The Northern Italian menu has delighted members for 30 years, its impeccably sourced ingredients - from Alba truffles to beautifully cured Prosciutto di Parma - matched only by the care and skill given to their preparation.

Responsibilities

As Kitchen Porter you will maintain a clean and tidy pot wash area and ensure that you comply with COSHH and food hygiene regulations. You will understand the importance of ensuring all equipment within the kitchen is cleaned and maintained to the standards required and cleaning schedules are adhered to at all times.
