Salary: £12.21 per hour up to 25 hours per week

Job Description

Join our team as a Kitchen Porter and become the unsung hero of our culinary adventures! Here's what you'll be up to:

• Ensure dishes are clean and ready for use, mastering both hand-washing and industrial dishwashers.
• Maintain cleanliness by sanitising surfaces, cleaning countertops, and managing waste effectively.
• Assist chefs with food preparation by peeling, slicing, and dicing ingredients.
• Organise kitchen supplies and ingredients, maintaining an efficient storage system.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met by maintaining cleanliness and proper equipment maintenance.

Qualifications

• No formal education required; a high school diploma or equivalent may be preferred.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and sanitation is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
