Job summary

Loungers is hiring a Kitchen Porter / Kitchen Assistant for Morlo Lounge. Based in Pwllheli, Wales, the role offers up to £12.71/hr plus tips, paid breaks, staff meals, and food & drink discounts from day one.

You’ll keep the kitchen clean, assist with food prep when needed, and support chefs to ensure meals are ready on time. A friendly, reliable team player with a can-do attitude will fit well.

We’re looking for a Kitchen Porter / Kitchen Assistant to join our busy, friendly, supportive kitchen team. In this role, you’ll help keep the kitchen clean, safe, organised, and ready for service while also supporting our chefs with food prep when needed. It’s a simple but vital role. Without you, the kitchen doesn’t run properly. You’ll play a huge part in making sure the team can deliver freshly cooked food on spec, on time, every time.
