Hickory's Smokehouse in Peterborough is hiring a Kitchen Porter to support our chefs and help keep the back of house running smoothly. You will join a bustling team and contribute to high standards of cleanliness, prep, and station readiness, with an hourly rate that includes tips.

Responsibilities

• Keep back of house running smoothly and assist chefs with day-to-day kitchen operations.
• Assist with prep, stock handling and cleanliness of the kitchen.
