The Role

As a Kitchen Porter, you will:

• Ensure all kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces are cleaned and maintained to the highest hygiene standards
• Wash dishes, pots, and pans efficiently to keep up with service demands
• Assist with basic food preparation and support chefs when needed
• Ensure waste is disposed of correctly and kitchen floors are kept clean and safe
• Help with stock deliveries and storage, ensuring all items are properly organized
