Job summary

The Wharf in Castlefield, Manchester, is seeking a Kitchen Porter to join Brunning & Price pubs. You’ll be part of a bustling kitchen team ensuring a smooth culinary experience and helping with prep, cleaning and general duties on shift.

Basic pay up to £12.71 per hour, plus overtime and a range of benefits including free meals on shift, staff and family discounts, Nest pension, and flexible pay options. Weekly pay available, with opportunities to move up with internal development.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a kitchen assistant, kitchen porter, pot washer or kitchen cleaner in a busy pub, restaurant or hotel is preferred but not essential.

• Work in a busy pub kitchen to support kitchen operations and ensure a smooth service.
• Assist with cleaning, food prep and maintain high kitchen standards.

About You...

Previous experience as a kitchen assistant, kitchen porter, pot washer or kitchen cleaner in a busy pub, restaurant or hotel is preferred but not essential. Most importantly you will be keen to work in a friendly kitchen where you’ll really be part of the team.
