About The Role - Kitchen Assistant

As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a key role in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and efficiency in our kitchens. Your responsibilities include:

• Ensuring the kitchen remains clean, tidy, and well-organized.
• Efficient removal of rubbish, maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
• Cleaning utensils, equipment, and work areas, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
• Supporting chefs with basic kitchen tasks as needed.
• Adhering to Health & Safety and hygiene procedures at all times.
