Job summary

The Rex, part of Leonardo Hotels, is looking for a Kitchen Porter to join our busy kitchen. You’ll support the Head Chef and keep the station clean, organized and stocked, ensuring smooth service in a vibrant hotel environment.

You’ll shine under pressure, show pride in your area, and adapt to changing priorities. We value attention to detail and a collaborative mindset, with learning and development opportunities to grow within the group.

Qualifications

• Be passionate about your working area and responsibilities.
• Have an eagle eye with keen attention to detail.
• Be comfortable adapting to changing priorities in the kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations.
• Keep work areas clean, organized and stocked for service.
• Assist with basic food prep and dishwashing as required.
