The Victory Pub & Kitchen in London’s Balham area is seeking a kitchen porter to join a busy kitchen team. You will be part of a fast-paced environment, helping the kitchen run smoothly and supporting chefs.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in a lively gastropub setting and be expected to work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen staff. Key qualities include clear communication, willingness to learn, and a collaborative approach.

Job description

We are looking for a kitchen porter who is ready for a new challenge and enjoys being an active member of the kitchen team. If you want an opportunity to develop new skills and grow within a fast paced, driven environment then this is the ideal role for you.

On the menu, our all-day food offer focuses on seasonality and sharing - from small plates to hearty gastropub classics - while weekends are all about Saturday brunch and stunning Sunday roasts. Located opposite Balham station, we’re the perfect spot for a few pints, a quick bite, or dinner with friends and family, and our street-side terrace is made for al fresco drinking and dining.
