Job summary

Botanica Hall in London is seeking a Kitchen Porter to support a busy kitchen team. You will follow the Head Chef’s direction, help with prep, and assist with dishwashing and mise en place to keep service smooth.

This role offers training and development, clear progression opportunities, staff discounts across all our pubs, and regular team events. A friendly, fast-paced environment where you can grow within Urban Pubs & Bars.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions.
• Team player able to work in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Follow direction from Head Chef and kitchen team.
• Assist with food prep and mise en place.
• Help maintain cleanliness and stock levels in the kitchen.
