Job description

We are currently seeking a reliable, hardworking, and flexible Kitchen Porter to join our friendly kitchen team on a zero hours basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and is looking for flexible, on-call work that fits around their lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen areas
  • Wash pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, and kitchen equipment
  • Assist with basic food preparation when required
  • Ensure waste is disposed of correctly and kitchen stations are kept tidy
  • Follow health & safety and food hygiene standards at all times
  • Support chefs and front-of-house staff during busy periods

Qualifications

  • A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to get involved
  • Good time management and ability to work under pressure
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Previous experience is a plus but not essential – full training provided
