Tatar Bunar is a newly opened Ukrainian-Mediterranean restaurant in the heart of Shoreditch, bringing soulful food, vibrant energy, and design-led hospitality to East London. Our kitchen is the heart of the operation, and we are looking for a reliable, hard-working Kitchen Porter (KP) to join our growing team.. . . Role Responsibilities:. Support chefs by keeping the kitchen clean, tidy, and well-organized at all times. Wash and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and crockery. Assist with basic food preparation when required. Manage waste and recycling correctly. Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards. Handle deliveries and stock rotation under the supervision of the Head Chef. Be a key part of maintaining the heart and energy of the kitchen team. What We Are Looking For:. Previous experience as a KP or kitchen assistant preferred (but not essential — training provided). Hard-working attitude with good stamina. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Good understanding of kitchen hygiene standards. Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
