Job Responsibilities:

1. Carry out instructions given by SCOD.
2. Complete all storage, stock rotation, and cleaning tasks as directed by SCOD.
3. Unload food and equipment deliveries.
4. Keep the storeroom organised.
5. Promote a welcoming and inclusive team environment.
6. Attend training and team meetings as required.
7. Undertake any other duties reasonably requested by the company.
8. Fully understand the Balans concept and mission statement, and ensure all team members are proficient and can communicate effectively about this.
9. Complete flow training within set deadlines.
