Job summary

CH&CO is recruiting a dedicated Porter on a permanent casual basis, contracted to 0 hours per week, to support operations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer care.

You will operate dishwashing equipment, assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation, receive deliveries, and ensure health and safety and COSHH compliance.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the kitchen, wash-up areas, storage rooms, and staff facilities.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment, ensuring all crockery, cutlery, glassware, and kitchen utensils are cleaned efficiently.
• Support chefs and kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks when required.
• Receive, unpack, and safely store deliveries in designated storage areas.
• Follow health and safety, food hygiene, and COSHH regulations at all times.
