Job summary

Loungers plc is hiring a Kitchen Porter / Kitchen Assistant for Gallico Lounge. Earn up to £12.71/hr plus tips, with paid breaks and 50% off food and drinks from day one.

You’ll join a busy kitchen team, keep the area clean, help with food prep, and support chefs to ensure freshly cooked meals are delivered on time. We offer staff meals every shift, flexible evening/weekend work, and ongoing career development as part of a growing national brand with over 300 sites.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is helpful.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Able to maintain cleanliness and safety standards in a fast-paced kitchen.

About the Kitchen Porter Role

We’re looking for a Kitchen Porter / Kitchen Assistant to join our busy, friendly, supportive kitchen team. In this role, you’ll help keep the kitchen clean, safe, organised, and ready for service while also supporting our chefs with food prep when needed. It’s a simple but vital role. Without you, the kitchen doesn’t run properly. You’ll play a huge part in making sure the team can deliver freshly cooked food on spec, on time, every time.
