Job summary

Carluccio's in London is seeking a Kitchen Porter to support our kitchen team and keep work areas clean, safe and well organised to ensure smooth service.

The Role:

• Keep the Kitchen Spotless: Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and equipment, and ensuring work surfaces are clean and sanitary.

• Manage Waste: Properly dispose of waste and recycling, keeping the kitchen area tidy and free of hazards.
• Stock and Organise: Help with the organisation and restocking of ingredients and supplies, making sure the kitchen is always ready for service.
• Ensure Safety: Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for everyone in the kitchen.
