Job summary

Benugo in London is seeking an experienced Kitchen Porter to support the Kitchen Team in daily operations. You will help maintain cleanliness, handle dishwashing, and ensure food preparation areas meet safety standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Dishwashing – Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment either by hand or using industrial dishwashers
• Kitchen Cleanliness – Clean and sanitise kitchen surfaces, countertops, and food preparation areas. Empty rubbish bins and ensure proper disposal of waste materials.
• Inventory Management – Assist in receiving, storing, and organising kitchen supplies and ingredients
• Compliance with Health and safety – maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen ensuring equipment is in good working order

We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Porter to assist the Kitchen Team in the day to day running of the Kitchen. As a Benugo Kitchen Porter you will play a crucial role in supporting kitchen staff by ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen areas.
