Kitchen Porter

This role is within our Stadia division, catering to fans and visitors at prestigious stadiums across the UK. We host matchdays, concerts, conferences, and banquets, and our specialist teams adapt to our clients' needs with locally sourced seasonal menus. At the heart of the matchday experience, we provide choice, quality, and value for money at some of the UK's most prestigious sports venues.

What you'll be doing...

As a Kitchen Porter, you will have significant responsibilities and opportunities to grow, becoming a vital member of our team.

1. Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu and special offers to provide relevant information to customers and clients.
2. Keep the kitchen area clean, well-presented, and well-stocked.
3. Support the chefs, ensuring the kitchen environment meets high standards, including basic food preparation as needed.
4. Ensure the operation of relevant equipment, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
5. Operate the till as required, following correct procedures.
6. Adhere to COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety regulations, reporting incidents according to procedures.
